rbajj Terms and Conditions

1.1 — Parties to the Agreement

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the rbajj platform ("we", "our", "rbajj") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing, browsing, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms in full.

1.2 — Right to Amend Terms

rbajj reserves the right to change, revise, or modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 — Registration Requirements

• You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration.
• Each individual may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• You must use your own personal information to create an account; using another person's information is prohibited.
• Keeping your password and login details confidential is entirely the member's responsibility.
• Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to us immediately.

2.2 — Grounds for Ineligibility

• Any person under the age of 21 may not use this platform.
• Persons whose accounts have been previously cancelled or suspended may not re-register.
• Users from regions where online gaming is legally prohibited cannot be granted access.
• rbajj officers or employees and their family members may not participate on this platform.

2.3 — Identity Verification

rbajj reserves the right to verify members' identities at any time. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

3.1 — Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
• The mobile number used for deposits must be registered in the account holder's name.
• rbajj does not accept deposits made through third parties, and such transactions will be considered void.
• Keep the transaction reference number as proof of your deposit.

3.2 — Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if verification is pending.
• Wagering requirements from bonus winnings must be met before withdrawal.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

• rbajj offers new members a 120% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance ৳28,000.
• Each member may claim this bonus only once.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of activating the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.2 — Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
• Certain rbajj-designated games may contribute fully or partially toward wagering calculations.

4.3 — Bonus Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to meet bonus conditions through coordinated or strategic betting will result in the bonus and related winnings being cancelled.
• rbajj reserves the right to make the final decision on bonus awards.

5.1 — Prohibited Activities

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence is prohibited.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts is prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes is prohibited.
• Exploiting any bugs or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Collaborating with other members to apply strategies against the platform is prohibited.

5.2 — Ensuring Fair Play

rbajj uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all games. This technology ensures that the outcome of every game is completely impartial and not predetermined. All games go through independent technical audits.

6.1 — Grounds for Account Cancellation by Us

• Violation of any condition in these Terms.
• Providing false or incorrect information at the time of registration.
• Conducting fraudulent or suspected money laundering activity.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Following a prolonged period of inactivity.

6.2 — Member's Right to Close Account

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email ([email protected]). All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

6.3 — Dispute Resolution Process

For any dispute or complaint, first contact rbajj's customer service team. All disputes are handled sincerely and fairly. Any claims related to game outcomes will be resolved based on recorded server data.

7.1 — Data Collection & Use

• rbajj collects information related to members' registration, transactions, and gaming activity.
• Collected information is used for service improvement, fraud prevention, and fulfilling legal obligations.

7.2 — Security Measures

rbajj uses industry-standard SSL encryption technology to protect your information. Financial transaction data is always transmitted and stored in encrypted form. However, members using the internet are responsible for keeping their own devices secure.

8.1 — Self-Limit Setting Tools

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Members can activate temporary self-exclusion on their own if needed.

9.1 — Service Unavailability

9.2 — Internet Connection Issues

If the internet connection is lost during a game, the game outcome will be determined based on the last state saved on the server. Claims to change a game outcome due to connection issues will not be accepted.

In the event of a delay or failure in payment processing, please contact the relevant payment provider. rbajj is not liable for failures of third-party payment systems.
